A 6×4 rear dual-drive structure provides strong traction on rain, snow, and muddy roads, ensuring high stability on cross-border long-distance highways and mountainous national roads.

The entire chassis underwent flaw detection, with cracks reinforced and welded. The main beams showed no deformation or twisting, ensuring no deformation even under long-term heavy-load traction. The entire vehicle underwent sandblasting and rust removal, and was repainted with the original factory-matched white and black topcoat plus protective clear coat, providing UV resistance and resistance to coastal salt spray corrosion, resulting in a new appearance. The balance shaft, leaf springs, and drive axle all underwent replacement of worn and easily damaged parts, eliminating the risk of skidding or spring breakage during long-distance driving under full load. All air and oil system seals were replaced, ensuring no air or oil leaks. The braking system was recalibrated, providing ample braking safety margin for long downhill, heavy-load driving.

Target customers include international cross-border logistics fleets, container shipping companies, long-haul bulk cargo contractors, cold chain logistics enterprises, and freight leasing companies; primarily overseas procurement clients specializing in cross-border long-haul trunk transportation, port container transshipment, and inter-provincial bulk commodity transportation.

After complete vehicle refurbishment, a full-load road test and comprehensive operational inspection are conducted. A complete list of replacement parts and maintenance items is provided, and all maintenance items are traceable. The Weichai engine and Fast gearbox are widely used overseas, and maintenance can be performed at local repair shops, ensuring convenient parts procurement and minimizing downtime. Spare parts are shipped with the vehicle.

The tow pin height can be adjusted as needed, and fuel tanks and fairings can be added. All customs documents are complete, and full container sea freight is supported. On-site inspection and road testing are available at our domestic warehouse.
